Condition of Items
To help us process your return smoothly, items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, simply ask — we’re always happy to assist.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label along with simple instructions.

Damages & Issues

Exceptions
Certain products, such as custom or personalized items (if offered), may not be eligible for return. Gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re ever unsure, just ask — we’ll help you figure it out.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem at all. The fastest way is to start a return and, once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer. We’ll guide you through it if needed.
Refunds
